Landlord
You are an owner of several apartments, your one and only goal is to survive the ups and downs and avoid going bankrupt.
This game is played exclusively with the mouse.
You have the possibility to select an apartment to display its status and the possible actions to be carried out.
Actions are applied at the start of the next month.
Repair Button - Restore the health of a flat to it's maximum.
Move In Button - Choose a new tenant to inhabit the flat.
Throw out Button - Force the tenant to leave the flat.
Next Month Button - Go to next month, the actions previously selected are applied to every flat and their statuses are updated.
At the end of each month, indicators appear on the apartments to indicate changes in status or actions that have been carried out.
The apartment has been repaired.
The tenant has not paid his rent.
The tenant has paid his rent.
The tenant has left the apartment.

Having limited skills in graphics we turned to free resources, the idea came to us to use old image archive, all that we can see in the game comes from old logo, ad, photo. We tried to assemble all this like a patchwork :)
